What counts as a free action?
Any AI-assisted draft — a public comment, letter to the editor, or legislator correspondence. Reading legislation, regulations, and profiles doesn't count.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Everything is preserved — actions, drafts, impact history. You just lose access to premium features. Upgrade again anytime to restore access.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 7 days of any charge. Contact support@gimmealever.com.
